For 11 years, Chef Betsey Wild has been creating and serving delicious, custom and seasonal farm to fork dining to clients across Northern Michigan. Growing up in Traverse City around such bountiful, local ingredients serves as inspiration for each of her menus.

What a great experience, we could not recommend anthing/anyone more. Betsey is so fun, so personable, so easy to work with. She made the whole experience comfortable even being in close quarters with 3 small kids, She seamlessly worked around our routine. Each bite was an experience, so many flavors! We already made multiple plans to work with her in the future for friend trips and special occasions!

  • Betsey is an amazing chef. We hired her for our small, intimate wedding in TC. We went with a tour of Asia theme for our wedding and she blew our minds with the flavor profiles and the way she made the dishes look so artistic. Our guests made so many wonderful comments on her food, they said it was the best reception dinner they have ever had. On top of that her personality is so genuine. You can't go wrong hiring her for your event.

  • Betsey, what can I even say? She is seriously the best. Not only is she the friendliest, most laid back chef you will ever meet, but she also KILLS it in the kitchen. We had her cater a girls night for our stay in TC. She had a whole questionnaire about food we liked and disliked, if there were any dietary restrictions, and other key items. she then gave us options to choose from for our 4 course dinner. We voted and the results were SPECTACULAR. Truly folks. All 7 of us loved every morsel! She was so approachable, professional and efficient with her time and talents. Every one of us would highy recommend hiring Betsey for your next event!
